Pop-Up Downtown is your chance to bring your ideas to life right in the heart of Downtown JC! Whether you’re a maker, thrifter, or vendor with dreams of opening a brick-and-mortar shop, this weekend-only program (Friday–Sunday) gives you an affordable way to try it out with rentals starting at just $50 a day.
We’re looking for unique concepts, great products, and fresh ideas that add to the mix of what makes Downtown JC special.

Where will the pop-up shops be located?
Pop-Up Downtown shops will be set up in available spaces throughout Downtown JC. We partner with downtown property owners to activate vacant storefronts that fit the program’s timeline.
What types of businesses are a good fit?
Pop-ups should complement the businesses we already have downtown while offering something fresh that encourages foot traffic and new shopping experiences. We’re looking for makers, thrifters, artists, and entrepreneurs who bring something unique to the table.
